(DALIANNEWS)- "Haiyangdao Cup" Dalian Changshan Marathon 2019, the first race of "Run in Dalian" Running Series, takes place at Changhai County in Dalian, a port city of Northeastern China's Liaoning Province, September 22, 2019. With more than 1,900 contestants, the event this year featured four categories and six events, including full marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.0975 km), 10 km marathon, family run (5 km), couple run (5 km) and enterprise run (5 km). The event which has been held successfully for five years, is the first island marathon in China with 85 percent of sea view race track, sea food supply, the largest number of domestic cosplay runners and the special island-featured medals. The event are praised as "the most funny marathon in China", "a marathon with most delicious food" and "the marathon with the largest number of domestic cosplay runners ".
