1. Dalian Natatorium

Located at Xinghai Bay, Dalian Natatorium with a building area of 25,000 square meters is a comprehensive stadium with the largest scale, the most advanced facilities and most professional training in Dalian, which sets training, game and fitness in one. There is a standard game pool with ten 50-meter swimming lanes, a training pool with eight 25-meter swimming lanes and a diving pool. It provides 1,200 seats for spectators. There is also a 1,050-square-meter table tennis stadium, a badminton stadium and a 600-square-meter fitness room, meeting the needs of differents sport lovers.

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

2. Dalian Public Sports and Fitness Center

Covering a building area of 20,046 square meters, Dalian Public Sports and Fitness Center is a three-storey building with a table tennis venue and a badminton venue on the first floor, a comprehensive fitness room and a guidance center for physical assessment and health promotion on the second floor, as well as a comprehensive gym and a multi-functional gym on the third floor. 

(1)Table Tennis

10 yuan/hour(table No.17 to table No.20: 100 yuan/hour)

(2)Badminton

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, 30 yuan/hour

Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, 50 yuan/hour

Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, 50 yuan/hour

(Venue No.19 and No.20: 100 yuan/hour)

(3)Basketball or Volleyball

Whole field: 200 yuan/hour

Semi-field: 100 yuan/hour

(4)Comprehensive fitness: 

30 yuan/per person/per time (including shower bath) 

(5)Shower: 6 yuan/per person

Traffic: Take bus No.15, No.16, No.19, No.22, No.43, No.303, etc., and get off at Yierjiujie Station, or take Subway Line 2 and get off Yierjiujie Station.

Tips：

3. Dalian Int'l Tennis Center

Dalian International Tennis Center, the largest stadium for tennis and badminton in Dalian, is an ideal place for local sport lovers. With a building area of 14,800 square meters, it has nine standard tennis courts for doubles, 14 standard plastic badminton courts for doubles as well as other supporting facilities including table tennis courts, fitness room, bathroom, VIP room, meeting room, restaurant for athletes, tennis and badminton store and leisure hall.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 am, 120 yuan/hour

12:00 am to 10:00 pm, 150 yuan/hour

Holidays: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, 150 yuan/hour

(2)Outdoor tennis

Monday to Sunday(March to November): 8:00 am to 12:00 am, 80 yuan/hour  

12:00 am to 10:00 pm, 100 yuan/hour

Monday to Sunday(December to February): 8:00 am to 12:00 am, 80 yuan/hour

(3)Badminton

Traffic: Take bus No.18, No.27, No.49, No.404, etc., and get off at the Futures Building Station.

4. Dalian Sports Center

It is the largest and most comprehensive sports and recreational fitness center in Northeast China at present. With a building area of 550,000 square meters, Dalian Sports Center has ten single venues featuring the stadium, gymnasium, tennis court, indoor tennis training hall, swimming pool, baseball field, comprehensive training hall, indoor track and field hall, educational scientific research building and media center, training courts for football, basketball, tennis and baseball, as well as parking lots and other supporting facilities.

Free football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, tennis, baseball on each Wednesday.(Please make reservation one day in advance.) 

Traffic: Take bus No.1116 to get off at Sports Center Station.
