(DALIANNEWS)- The 7th Dalian Spring Festival Dancing Party 2019 kicks off at Dalian International Conference Center, at 6 pm, February 20, 2019, attracting almost one thousand professional dancers and amateurs as well as the celebrities in Dalian cultural and artistic circles.
