BEIJING, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- With two goals from Nyasha Mushekwi, the newly-promoted Dalian Yifang beat Shanghai Greenland 2-1 in the 23rd round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Saturday, extending their winning streak to three games.
Dalian took the upper hand in the 12th minute with striker Nyasha Mushekwi's header, but Liu Ruofan found the equalizer for Shanghai in the 61st minute.
Nyasha Mushekwi then helped Dalian to regain the lead in the 85th minute with a wonderful lob, which also helped Dalian to stay away from the relegation zone.
Another surprising victory beckoned for Guizhou Hengfeng which ranked last as they upset Beijing Guoan 3-2 at home. Zhang Xizhe's header and Cedric Bakambu's penalty could not save the traditional powerhouse Guoan eventually.
In other games played on Saturday, Henan Jianye lost to Shandong Luneng 4-1, Guangzhou Evergrande beat Jiangsu Suning 3-2, Hebei China Fortune thrashed Tianjin Quanjian FC 2-0 and Shanghai SIPG edged Changchun Yatai 3-1.
