(DALIANNEWS)- The 31st Dalian International Marathon will kick off at Dalian International Conference Center, Donggang CBD in Dalian, a port city of Northeastern China's Liaoning Province, at 7:10 am, May 13, 2018.

According to the arrangement of the authority, 12,000 athletes will take the subway line 1 and line 2 to the International Conference Center Station before 6:30 am on May 13. The city's metro group will cancel three subway trains before 6:30 am on May 13 and increase 27 special subway trains only for the athletes.

The three canceled subway trains are along subway line 2 starting from Haizhiyun Station at 5:55 am, 6:05 am and 6:15 am.  After the special trains' mission finish, the subway line 1 and 2 will resume operation in succession.

A total of 12 special subway trains will be operated along subway line 1, starting from Yaojia Station at 5:00 am, 5:08 am, 5:16 am, 5:24 am, 5:30 am and 5:35 am and from Hekou Station at 5:00 am, 5:08 am, 5:16 am, 5:24 am, 5:32 am and 5:38 am.

The subway line 2 will include a total of 15 subway trains, with the departure station of the Airport Station at 5:00 am, 5:05 am, 5:08 am, 5:11 am, 5:14 am, 5:17 am, 5:20 am, 5:23 am, 5:26 am, 5:29 am, 5:32 am, 5:35 am, 5:38 am, 5:41 am and 5:44 am.

Tips: Special subway trains will not be provided at Donggang Station, Donghai Station and Haizhiyun Station. The one-way special trains will start the service at Airport Station, Yaojia Station and Hekou Station. During this period, only athletes can take the special subway trains, and the rule of "only-in-no-out" should be obeyed.
