(DALIANNEWS)- Almost 3,000 local volunteers aged from 7 to over 70 attended a hiking activity in Dalian, a port city of Northeastern China's Liaoning Province, so as to celebrate the International Volunteer Day on December 3, 2016.

Initiated in 2006, the hiking activity has been held for 11 years in succession with more than 40,000 participators.
