(DALIANNEWS)- The application for the 9th Dalian International Walking Festival concluded yesterday in Dalian with around 100,000 applicants signing up for the event.

The number of the group application takes two thirds of the total enrollment this year, according to the statistics. Most hiking lovers will join in the 10 km or 20 km course.

The authorities suggest applicants coming to the walking venue by bus which will be added by the city’s transportation department during the event.
