The manufacturing principle of toughened glass is as follows: to heat up and then quench the simple glass, causing the compression stress on its surface and the pulling stress ( matching against the compression stress) inside it. The toughened glass is widely used in various means of communication & transportation, architectural decoration, etc. It may also make sandwich glass together with simple glass, which is the new-type substitution product. The toughened glass has large market potential. Dalian Lushun Haiguang Special Glass Factory is a special toughened glass manufacturer having rich productive & technical experience.
