(DALIANNEWS)- The 1st Session of the 16th Dalian People's Congress opens in Dalian, a port city of Northeastern China’s Liaoning Province, January 22, 2018. A total of 442 members of the Standing Committee of the Dalian People's Congress from all walks of life took part in the meeting.
