(DALIANNEWS)- Luxury liner Diamond Princess carrying 2,600 passengers from America and Europe docked at Dalian port on October 5, 2008.

 

“It is the sixth luxury liner we welcomed this year in this city, and we will greet another one on October 11.”, said Wang Jun, general manager with China International Travel Service (Dalian) Co. Ltd.

The liner with a capacity of 2,670 passengers and 1,100 sailors, operated by US-based Princess Cruises, is the sister ship of the Sapphire Princess, which has visited Dalian for several times.

International passengers were divided into seven groups to visit this coastal city.
