Sightseeing ship served for Olympics returns

(DALIANNEWS)- A sightseeing ship on a mission to offer services for tourists in Qingdao during the Beijing Olympics returned to Dalian, a port city of northeastern China’s Liaoning Province, August 25, 2008.

The Olympic Committee highly praised the contribution the ship and her sailors have made during the Olympics.

The ship with 44.85 meters in length and 8.5 meters in width can carry a total of 99 passengers. It is the largest and the most luxury sightseeing ship with the highest reception level at the Qingdao Olympic sailing base.

Officials, reporters and audience from all over the world enjoyed the wonderful sailing competitions on this ship from August 9 to 21.
