(DALIANNEWS) – Construction on global chip giant Intel’s plant is carried out smoothly in the port city of Dalian, with manufacturing facilities being fixed and debugged at present, said Wang Yanhui, deputy dean with the Development Zone Committee, August 25, 2008.

The plant will be put into operation in the year of 2010 according to the movement right now, said Wang adding that though it has tax of 200 million RMB yuan.

Wang made the remarks at the debut of World’s Major Integreted Circuit Manufactures List, which is editied by the city’s Information Idustry Bureau.
