(DALIANNEWS) – Invited by Dalian Municipal Overseas Friendship Association, a delegation of the Chamber of Hong Kong Computer, led by chairman Yang Zitie visited the city of Dalian several days ago.

Delegates include entrepreneurs and experts in the fields of IT, logistics, finance, education and trade.

They investigated companies at the city’s high- tech zone, Lvshun Development Zone and Dalian Development Zone.

Hong Kong Professional Education School reached an agreement with the high- tech zone on jointly cultivating comic and animation talent during their visit.

A base for talent training is expected to be built here to meet nationwide demand, said an official at the signing ceremony.
