(DALIANNEWS)- An equipment manufacture Co., Ltd, first foreign invested one of its kind in the petrochemical machinery production in the city, was commenced on construction these days at the Development Zone of Dalian, northeast of China.

The project with a total investment of $ 28 million dollars covers an area of nearly 70,000 square meters at the development zone. The environmental protection project is expected to be finished in October this year.
