(DALIANNEWS)- The local security, health and commerce departments' officials, led by vice mayor Sun Guangtian supervised the preparations for the beer festival at Xinghai Square in Dalian, of northeastern China's Liaoning Province, July 25, 2007.The 2007 China International Beer festival is going to be opened tonight at XinghaiBay.
The body of the Munich Tent, the largest beer tent of its kind in China, is brought in from Germany.
Over 30 prestigious breweries home and abroad including Huarun, Yanjing, Qingdao, Zhujiang and Belgium InBev will take part in the festival.At the meantime, over 200 different brands of beer are to be exhibited.
Huge stages and tents have been set up for the beer breweries' promotion at the fest.
