(DALIANNEWS) – A bunch of 210, 000 rice bars, weighing 30 tons, were sent last night from Dalian airport to Chengdu, capital city of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, which was struck by the strongest earthquake May 12, 2008.

The food, worthy of one million RMB yuan, was produced by a Dalian- based food company, committed by Red Cross Society of Singapore.
