The China Dalian Import & Export Commodities Fair and Dalian International Industrial Expo will be held at Dalian World Expo Center and Dalian Xinghai Convention & Exhibition Center between May 28 and 30 in Dalian of Northeast China's Liaoning province.

The expo attracts nearly 1,700 equipment manufacturers and purchasers both from home and abroad, including world famous manufacturers like Hexagon from Qingdao, Chutian Laser from Wuhan, Xiehong from Taiwan, Sodic and Omron from Japan, ABB from Sweden, and Panduit from the America.

The 40,000 sq m exhibit area covers six sections: machine tools, manufacturing industry, industrial control and automatization, rubber and plastic industry, and metallurgical industry and so on.

Local companies feature the area which exhibits axletree and bearing products. Wafangdian city of Dalian was named China's Bearing Capital by the China Machinery Industry Federation. More than 40 companies from Wafangdian will attend the fair.

The fair is expected to organize over 10 professional forums on plastic industry and industrial energy-saving technology and so on.

This will be the 22th industrial expo held in Dalian. The last 21 sessions, with a total exhibit area of 390,000 sq m, have attracted more than 380,000 domestic and foreign visitors. The total value of the contracts won by the exhibitors surpasses US$11 billion.
