(DALIANNEWS) – People queue up for applying to join the 6th Dalian International Walking Festival, Dalian, May 12, 2008.

Organized registration of overseas- invested companies sees growing this year, said Zheng Quansu, secretary general of Dalian Walking Association, adding that another 200 hiking lovers from ten member countries of the World Walking Federation will also join the event.

The city planning authority said all the public toilets the along scenic spots on the route will be free of charge.

Some public buses will change the stops and add more buses at the destination during the two- day event.

·20km : Xinghai Square-Binhai Road- Fujiazhuang Park-Tiger Beach-Shicao Village-Bangcui Island- Yingbin Road- Dajiashan(Yingbin Road slope,finish) Route B

Registration: Walkers of all ages and nationalities with good health conditions are welcome to participate in. Registration requries valid IDs.

When to register: January 1st to April 30th , 2008(overseas walkers)
