(DALIANNEWS)- The gross of the posts and telecommunications reached 3.7 billion RMB yuan in the first quarter of 2008, up 14.9% than the same time last year, in Dalian, northeast of China’s Liaoning Province.

The number of the internet broad band users has added up to 759,000 in the early three months of this year in the city, up 50.2% compared to the same time last year.
