（DALIANNEWS）- A total of ten undergraduates from eight universities of the northeastern China competed at the semifinal of an event, named the North Pole Investigation by Chinese Undergraduates, in Dalian, a port city of northeastern China's Liaoning Province, January 14, 2008.
Three students will finally win the chance to compete in the final this February in Dalian.
Ten students from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Maritime University, Dalian University of Foreign Languages, Harbin University of Science and Technology, China Medical University and Jilin University competed in physical ability test, English test, team work and snow ski contests.
