III Standard shell scheme installation:

The standard shell schemes are installed in unison by the exhibition Center .The standard shell scheme configuration includes, three―side boarding fascia board, one consulting desk, two chairs, two spotlights of 60W, and one electric outlet,220V(5A), single phase.
IV. The Dos & Don'ts during the exhibits arrangement:
1.The overall design of the exhibition is arranged and produced in unison by the exhibition Center.
2.After check―in, the exhibition representatives will get an exhibition pass and then be able to enter the exhibition site to make exhibits arrangement. Check-in is to be on the lobby of Dalian Xinghai Convention & Exhibition Center during the exhibits arrangement period.
Check―in is to be in the office of the Organizing Committee: Room 1110,Wanda Plaza.
3.The internal arrangement of each booth is designed and arranged by the attendee itself or appointed professional exhibition companies.
4.No iron nails are allowed to be used in the booth. No damages will be allowed upon public facilities of exhibition brackets and exhibition parts. Prior agreement from the exhibition Center should be obtained when there is a need to use adhesive tape.
5.No flammable, explosive materials are allowed to be used within the exhibition area; no pressurized reservoirs are allowed to be used; no high temperature lamps are allowed to be used on and around the exhibition platform.
6.Sparking operation is prohibited within the exhibition area, and approval from the engineering and administration department of the exhibition Center must be obtained for the installation of electric equipment.
7.No warehouses are allowed to be set up inside the exhibition hall. Please contact your transportation agent or the Exhibition Center's Service Desk if your stuff needs to be stored temporarily.
8.Those attendees who have requirements on special electric power consumption please apply before the exhibits arrangement .Please refer to the attached table for detailed information on relevant charges.
9.No smoking inside the exhibition area except designated places.
10． In case there is a need to work overtime during exhibits arrangement, a notice should be given to the Security Department of the Exhibition Center half a day earlier. A fixed amount of fee as call back pay will be charged by the Exhibition Center half a day earlier.
11． In the exhibition hall there is an Exhibition Service Desk, in charge of exhibition shell scheme facilities adjustments or leasing articles beyond the standard configuration. You need to fill in an application form and the Exhibition Service Desk will be responsible to notify the Engineering Department to accomplish exhibition shell scheme facilities adjustments or send the leased articles to the designated shell schemes.
V. Exhibition representatives' notice
1 .Exhibition attendees should keep their booths clean and tidy during the exhibition 2.The representatives should be neatly dressed and stand post .They should warmly receive the visiting or negotiating customers and there should be answer when receive a question
3.The representatives should obey all the bylaws and the work & rest schedule, and the exclusive arrangement by the Exhibition Center. Exhibits removal should not break the schedule unless under special circumstances.
VI. Security of the exhibition
1.The exhibition site is guarded by the security guards from the Exhibition Center.
2.The exhibition representative and constructional personnel must adorn Work Cards (Exhibits Arrangement Pass or Exhibition Attending Pass), which can not be traded.
3.The exhibition representatives must arrive at and leave the exhibition hall on time every day during the exhibition.
4.The exhibition representatives should sort and count their stuff when arrive at and leave the exhibition hall every day. Please contact immediately with the field working staff or security guards if there are any problems.

VIII. The customs clearance transportation for international exhibits in order to successfully preside various international exhibitions in Dalian, in order to provide our clients both home and abroad with our quality service, and according to the sprit of the Memorandum co-signed by Dalian Custom and China Council for Promoting International Trade (CCPIT) Dalian Sub-council, those who are going to attend the international exhibitions held in Dalian must observe the relevant stipulations as the customs clearance (apply of customs and inspection ) for the Exhibits, in―city transportation and assistance to Dalian Custom for supervision of the Exhibits. Therefore, the following regulations are stipulated as per the Exhibits concerned:
A.CCPIT Dalian has authorized Dalian International Chamber of Commerce Exhibition Industrial Development Corporation (called 'DEIC' below ) to handle all the work as receiving, customs clearance (apply of customs and inspection), transportation and assistance to Dalian Custom for supervision of the Exhibits. They are also responsible for the customs clearance when returning the exhibits out from China.

C、Please specify the following on the packaging of each Exhibits:
1. Name and address of the consignor.
2. Name and address of the consignee.
3. Mark on visible area "*** Exhibition" sample and Shipping Marks.
4, Package serial number, weight, volume and quantity.
Remarks: Must be tally with the Packing List.
D、The arrival time limit for the Exhibits:
1, Exhibition by sea freight: should arrive at Dalian Port (Daytona Port) 15
days before the opening of the exhibition (excluding holidays).
2. Exhibition by land transportation: should arrive at Dalian Railway Station10
days before the opening of the exhibition (excluding holidays).
3.Exhibition by air freight: should arrive at Dalian Airport 7 days before the opening of the exhibition (exhibiting holidays).
E、When the Exhibition are sent, Bill of Lading, Invoice and Packing List must be faxed to the consignee of DEIC together with a shipping advice stating delivery time, transportation method ETA. All the following documents must be then sent by courier service to DEIC.
1. The original copy of sea freight Bills of Lading , Invoice. Packing List must be sent to DEIC 15 days before the opening of the exhibition (excluding holidays).
2. The original copy of land transportation Bills of Lading, Invoice, Packing
List must be sent to DEIC 10 days before the opening of the exhibition (excluding holidays).
3. The original copy of air freight Bills of Lading, Invoice, Packing List must besent to DEIC .Remarks:
a. Invoice (a list stating name, measurement unit, quantity unit price, total value of the Exhibits and sealed with your corporation's stamp.)
b. Packing List (a list stating name, measurement unit, quantity, unit price, total vale of the Exhibits and sealed with your corporation's stamp.)
c. The terms and conditions stipulated in the original Bills of Lading and all the documents are correct and precise. The Bills of Lading, Invoice, Packing List should tally with each other and with the actual Exhibits. And the preparation of the documents should be clear and in sequence.
F.、The exhibition Exhibits will be sent to the designated shell schemes by DEIC staff-when they arrive at Dalian
G. The inspection of the Exhibits will be proceeded on site of the exhibition shell scheme .The Exhibits packaging are not allowed to be opened by the exhibition attendees themselves. but with the supervision of custom staff and DEIC representatives.
H.、Remarks should be claimed in advance:
1. Special care for handling.
2. Whether or not to ship back the Exhibits after exhibition
3. Treatment for the left Exhibits (sale or delete).
I、 During the exhibition, anything could be solved within the exhibition hall as there will be Exhibition Organizing Committee, Custom representatives and Consignee Spot Office.
J、A list of Exhibits to be shipped back will have to be presented two days before
the closing of the exhibition. The attendees should before they leave, remain to stay at their shell schemes waiting for the custom representatives and DEIC representatives to check and supervise the packaging of the Exhibits and sealed.
The sealed Exhibits are to be kept by DEIC and they are responsible for the customs clearance and shipping back.
K、Apply of customs, transportation and consignment of the Exhibits requires payment according to regulations. Please refer to the attached table for detailed charge standard.
Remarks:
1. Charges for declaration at customs includes expenses applying to customs and fee stipulated to be charged by Customs.
2. For those not enough 0.5M3, to be calculated according to 0.5M3, not enough 1M3 according to 1M3, and on the analogy of these.
3. Shipping documents should be arrived at the Consignee 8 days before

IX. Fair Service
1.To provide financial service Bank of communications Dalian Branch Commodity exchange Sub branch is recommended as the financial service organization by the fair and will provide the following service organization by the fair and will provide the following services for the persons attend the fair.
(1). Deposit and exchange business for both home currency and foreign currency.
(2). City-wide settlement of accounts for both home currency and foreign currency, telegraphic transfer and transfer between associated banks in other cities etc.
2.There is a Service Department for selling air tickets and train tickets in the right exhibition hall.
3.The fair arranges the unified accommodation and is responsible for transportation to the fair spot.
